The highs and lows of the 2007/8 season at Fir Park. Motherwell FC and its fans were devastated at the death of Captain Phil O'Donnell during the season, but his team mates rallied together to grab an amazing 3rd place in the SPL, bringing UEFA Cup football to Lanarkshire. This will be the 2nd consecutive year of European football at Fir Park, as the almost defunct Gretna used it as their base for most of the season. Lanarkshire's L107 will get you warmed up for the games involving the Steelmen with matchday reporter Graham Barnstaple and news and sports correspondent Derek Clark. It was no mean feat for 'Well to finish 3rd, lead during the year by Mark McGhee. Next year the battle for honours and trying to unseat the Old Firm from a trophy or two is on the agenda and Lanarkshire's L107 will give you the best coverage.
